SergeVApps built the Test Maker app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Sergei at no cost and is intended for use as is.

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Use of Firebase Storage

The app uses Firebase Storage to securely store and deliver user-generated content (for example, imported tests, shared JSON files, or uploaded images).
Firebase Storage is operated by Google and adheres to Google’s privacy and security standards.

• Uploaded files are stored securely in the Firebase Cloud infrastructure.

• Access is restricted by authentication and access control rules configured within Firebase.

• Files are not publicly accessible unless you explicitly choose to share them.

You can delete your uploaded content at any time from within the app.

Use of OpenAI API

The Test Maker app uses the OpenAI API to generate educational test questions based on user input.
When you enter a topic or request to create a test, the text of your query is securely sent to the OpenAI API servers for processing.

• The data sent to OpenAI is limited to the text you provide within the app.

• OpenAI may temporarily store this input and output for system monitoring, abuse prevention, or debugging purposes in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

• No personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or device identifiers) is intentionally transmitted to OpenAI.

By using the test generation feature, you agree to this limited data processing for the purpose of generating educational content.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
